JA impacted over 73,000 Kentuckiana students in more than 2,000 classrooms during 2017-2018.
Our volunteer-delivered, kindergarten-12th grade programs foster work-readiness, entrepreneurship and financial literacy skills, and use experiential learning to inspire students to dream big and reach their potential. With the help of more than 3,500 volunteers, JA students develop the skills they need to experience the realities and opportunities of work and entrepreneurship in the 21st century global marketplace.
Junior Achievement empowers and inspires area youth to build a more prepared workforce and a healthier economic future for our community. And the results — including more than half a million kids served since 2000 — show this systemic approach is working. We’re a secret weapon for schools, helping bring their lessons to life for students. Give to JA and invest in the future!
